How to
Three steps to fresh sharpness
The angle support magnetically holds your knife in place for the rotating discs and ensures precise sharpening. With the diamond disc you remove metal, the ceramic disc refines the result.
The HORL® principle
Sharpening knives can be so simple
Knife sharpening can sometimes be tricky, but HORL® sharpeners make it really easy and a true pleasure for everyone.
Method
Precision with every sharpening
The magnetic angle support ensures a constant, reproducible grinding angle; considered one of the key factors in knife sharpening. The reproducibility of the angle means that as little material as necessary is removed each time.
