Information about your right of withdrawal

If you have concluded a contract with us as a consumer for the purchase of goods online, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason by means of a clear declaration.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods, or – if several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately – from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HORL 1993 GmbH, Zollhallenstraße 13, 79106 Freiburg, Germany, Email: info@horl.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For sustainability reasons, we have decided not to offer free returns. We hope to encourage conscious purchasing decisions and minimize returns.
