Will I receive an invoice for my order?
For each order placed with HORL 1993 an invoice is issued immediately after the order is placed.
How long does it take until I receive my package?

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an existing order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can reach the customer service from Monday to Friday at +49 (0) 761 888 723 00. If you have already received the email with the shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case, you can return your order together with the revocation form.
Can I have HORL® products delivered outside the EU?
If the desired country of destination is not available in the shop, please contact our support team by email at email@example.com. We will check whether delivery is possible.
Why was my payment by credit card or other payment method not accepted?
