At HORL, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent return process for our customers in the USA.
Return Eligibility
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.
The return period begins the day you receive the item and ends when you contact us via a durable medium. No justification is required for the return.
To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at info.us@horl.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1- Submit Your Return Request

2- Receive Your Return Label
If your request is within the 14-day window, we will send you a prepaid return label.
3- Ship the Return
Use the provided label to return the item to us.
Return Label Validity : Once you receive your prepaid return label, you must drop off the parcel within the validity period of the label. We do not issue a replacement label, so please ensure you use it before it expires. The validity period depends on the shipping provider but is usually up to 14 days from the date of issue. If the label expires and the return has not been shipped, the return will no longer be accepted.
4- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund via the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the product.
Important Notes
If you choose to return the item without using our prepaid return label, you are responsible for the return shipment and its cost.
Items returned without prior contact OR outside the 14 days period are not eligible for a refund.
Please do not send return requests to our physical mailing address, as it is not staffed for correspondence.
