We ship packages free of charges within Germany, France and the Netherlands. The costs for deliveries within the EU is 6,00 euros. For deliveries to Switzerland the shipping costs are 20 Swiss Franc (CHF). Orders over 150 Swiss Franc (CHF) will be shipped for free. Will I receive an invoice for my order?
For each order placed with HORL-1993 an invoice is issued immediately after the order is placed. This invoice will be sent to you automatically by e-mail after the purchase process. To receive a copy of your invoice, please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does my package delivery include a paper invoice?
The package contains only the ordered items and the delivery note. You will receive your invoice as a PDF document by e-mail immediately after purchase.
How long does it take until I receive my package?
You can track the delivery status of your order using the package number. You will find the package number in the shipping confirmation email you received after your purchase. If you did not receive this email, please contact customer service by email at email@example.com or by phone at +49 (0) 761-888 723 00. We will be happy to inform you about the delivery status of your order from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an existing order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can reach the customer service from Monday to Friday at +49 (0) 761-888 723 00. If you have already received the email with the shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case you can ask for a return or exchange.
Can I have HORL-1993 products delivered outside the EU?
Products bought in our online shop can only be shipped within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why was my payment by credit card or other payment method not accepted?
If a payment has not been accepted, this can have various reasons. Please contact the customer service by phone at +49 (0) 761-888 723 00 and they will be happy to help you from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.
Can I order HORL-1993 products without VAT?
Orders without value added tax cannot be listed in our online shop. Please contact our customer support with a short mail to email@example.com. Tell us your billing or delivery address and your order request and we will take care of your request as soon as possible.
Can I change an order after I have placed it?
If you wish to make changes to an order you have placed, please contact customer service as soon as possible. The customer service will be happy to advise you from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00 hours.
What do I have to consider if I have a filing contract with DHL?
Your delivery is considered to have been received if it is deposited in a place contractually agreed with DHL or any national delivery company. In the event that you have agreed on a place of deposit or storage, the buyer cannot claim any reparation from HORL 1993 or DHL, once the deposit has been confirmed. Take care to collect your package personally at the contractually agreed place, a second delivery for your order will be impossible.
