Whether with the classic steels of European kitchen knives or high-quality Damascus and carbon steels, with the HORL® Kagami you can take all of your knives to a whole new level of sharpness.
STEP BY STEP TO
MIRROR-LIKE SHARPNESS
Make sure that the blade is also free of any burr. Fully use all of the HORL® Premium Set. Further sharpen your blade for at least 5 minutes each side until mirror-sharp. It is important to always clean the blade and the whetstone between sides so that no abrasion particles can scratch the mirrored edge. As a final fine smoothing, slightly moisten the HORL® Kagami and use for a further minute each side.
